So go have fun,work hard and see where it takes you. But for now, focus on the work that is in front of you.

Focus on what's near and see where you're at and where you can and want to be. Bike racing is fun, if you set yourself a goal that you can't reach, you'll burn out and hate racing.
Just go at it, be the best you can be, keep yourself and others safe, and most of all have fun.
Like I said, dedication+good coaching+genetics+luck+other factors= Cat1.
