Bikes: Lots

Most of the people here won't likely remember any of this ... they weren't born yet when these things occurred!!

This is why I rode with my right toe strap loosened off, and probably why I ride with a platform pedal for my right foot now.

You should have seen some of my computers ... one had a disc attached to the hub and then a device would pick up a sensor on the disc on every turn. The actual computer monitor was about the size of my hand.

My father did this to all our bicycles.

One of my older bicycles has that indentation ... fortunately it is centered.

I'm still debating about returning to friction shifting.

I don't know ... I went there, and then I went back.

Eating real food is still the best way to go. I did the processed food thing (energy bars) for a few years ... and then went back to real food. Much better. And isn't defizzed coke still a standard? I've got half a 2 litre bottle sitting beside me ready for cycling use. It's the sugar that gives the boost.
