The common thinking is that the 'premier' hubs are rebranded Dia-Compe Grand Compe hubs, although some dispute that. They definitely look similar, and whatever they are, they work really well. The standard hubs (formulas) are these :

The Iro rims are made by Kinlin and have gotten good reviews all around.
