Bikes: Specialized Tarmac, Canyon Exceed, Specialized Transition, Ellsworth Roots, Ridley Excalibur

I used this three days a week plan for a half marathon a couple of years ago and PR'd it. It's a full marathon plan, I just didn't feel like going all the way through to the big race. One day is speed, one day is tempo, and the LSD on Sunday. The speed workouts were brutal, but worth it. And you don't beat yourself up too much. Check it out.
