Yeah, I bought my bike used from eBay and whoever installed it the first time didn't adjust it properly. They over tightened it and flat spotted some bearings. My mechanic got it adjusted the way it should be, but it was too late. It clicked at that level. So he tightened it up farther than it should be to get the clicking to go away, and we're just gonna wait until it comes apart.

It's been groaning some lately, so I give it maybe another 1000 miles. Then I'll buy another one and have him install it correctly the first time.
