If you're still running as much as you used to, and you added cycling to your exercise routine, the lost weight is just due to the added exercise. I assume you know this? If you don't want to lose the weight ( a whole 2-4 pounds!), you'll have to eat a few more calories.
You're not "skinny" at 140-142 pounds? You better watch your ass down south, they'll eat you down there for a snack.......
