Anyone using Crank Brothers pedals with road shoes? They they have (2) cleat kits, which is best: 'Road Shoe Cleat' or 'Quattro Cleat'?

Goal is to choose the most recessed & durable product. Both are compatible with the eggbeater and candy pedals.
