Well, you can do two things :
1. Use spray can paint, which I am doing with this bike. I am using duplicolor high heat engine enamel from the auto parts store, this stuff has pretty good durability. Thin coats are key.
2. Use better quality paint with a real paint gun. You can get real paint guns for cheap if you already have an air compressor, if you don't have an air compressor then you are going to spend a decent amount of money on one. I used to have a compressor, but I gave it to my mother.
