As far as your DV46's, don't buy them. IMO, you don't need carbon wheels until you are a Cat2. Unless you have lots of money. You are going to be saving an entire year to get these and you can very well easily break them your first race. Trust me, it happens. Two of my riders broke carbon wheels on their first ride.

Cat 1? possible. You can cherry pick a bunch of 2/3 races and get an upgrade. Also if you know the right people you can get an upgrade w/o the points
