so it turns out there was something wrong with the caliper, not sure what, something about a spring.. like when you closed the caliper it didn't spring back open, just sat there... i had to pay 30 bucks for the new one. not really too big of a deal but does anyone know the chances of bikesdirect doing anything about this for me?
Bikes Direct or Bike Island? Either way if it didn't work when you got it you should be able to get a refund on it. They don't do anything about hubs/lockings/etc because they give a clear warning about that ahead of time to tighten them.
