Dismantling a Bianchi... oh the guilt of it

As I have mentioned here before I currently have a 1994 Bianchi Veloce the frame was made in Italy in their racing department it is made of columbus TSX and has Campi Veloce gruppo on it... Well the frame is too large for me so i don't ride it... I love the components and I was recently given a mid range Nishiki frame... here is where the guilt comes in that is in seperating the Bianchi from the Campi....

I have someone who wants to by my Bianchi frame... and I want the components so some would not see the problem but I am having a hard time I guess because the Bianchi is so pretty and light and wonderful... but too big for me...

So my question is there something intrinsicly wrong with what I am about to do? here is the link to the pics of the bike in question.... I will post a link soon to the recipient of this component transplan...
