i have the 540s, and i think they're almost the same as the 520s (the ones in that ebay picture look more like the 540s, actually). there's a big difference between the shimano cleats and the eggbeater/time atacs: adjustable tension. the shimanos have it, the eggbeaters/atacs don't. what's your preference? if you want to adjust, these ones are good.
