622mm (700c) westwood or westrick pattern front wheels?

I have a rod brake roadster that currently has a 28x1 1/2 (635mm) front wheel. I'm looking to get a new front wheel, probably 700c (622mm), for greater tire availability. Catch is, I want to keep the rod brake. The mechanism is adjustable enough that it should fit the somewhat smaller wheel, but it means I need westwood or westrick rims.

So anyone know a good source for 700c westwood or westrick pattern front wheels? I'm ok ordering online, but if there's a MA (boston or north hampton area) bike shop that might have them I'd rather not deal with the shipping and the maybe not getting what I want. I've called several LBSs, but apparently this is a pretty non standard front wheel.

(The dutch bicycle company (somerville ma) does have what I want, but their front wheels are more expensive than ideal because they have drum brakes)
