If you're using them to look fashionable, then they're just being hated on for being a tad played-out. Guys who've been riding Aerospokes for years now look like they're just another head in a herd and they're a little bitter about it.

If you plan on racing on them, your fellow trackies will question why you're apparently going out of your way to race on the worst possible wheels. They weigh way too much, they're rarely in true, their hubs have tons of drag.
