Temp has absolutely nothing to do with recommended tire pressure though, and neither does the rain. In a car, tires build heat which raises air pressure. This doesn't really happen on a bike.

Want to keep from falling?
1) buy a tire with more grip
2) adjust your riding style
I will adjust my riding. On dry pavement my bike path is my personal Le Mans GT race ! I'm an Alpine skier who likes a few G-forces when permissible!

I'll cut my speed in half when turning and stay over the bike. I'm not willing to change tires, the idea of changing a flat in the dark when its cold is... .
