My wife uses same combination (weight 155-160) on her BF Crusoe. I can see her suspension moving up and down when riding behind, but she doesn't feel like she is bouncing unless she spins excessively. (She accuses me of just watching her rear end - MEN!).

I am 200 lbs and using two Black elastomers on my NWT.

Interestingly, on my Dahon S1, with the older design Thudbuster LT, I use the Blue/Black combo to get the same feel. It's the slightly different construction must be the reason.

A product well worth putting our retirement $ into.
