I seem to have lost my manual and forget how to properly setup the trainer

specifically how far to turn the knob that controls the roller against your tire

I looked on blackburns site but could not find it

I know on the cyclops site they says once it touches the tire turn the knob 2.5 turns

does anyone have the same trainer and can look it up for me or know where I can get a manual online?
