There were a couple of times this summer where I would step out of the house, hop on the bike, and it would be absolutely pouring within 3 minutes. I could easily have turned back. I never did. Ortlieb waterproof bags kept the laptop and work clothes dry, and proper riding attire kept me dry enough.

I think Novara's slogan is something like "never a bad time to ride".
