I want to build up a cheapo bike for crit racing and other roadracing that I can just fling about and not give a darn if I smash it or not...I'm too scared to race my Look 595 in a cat 4/5 crit! The Look's for group rides, charity rides...other, safer, rides/races.

I found a 2006 Cannondale Six13 Pro frame for cheap...and I have all sorts of garbage left over components to build it up. Is this a decent frame? I'll be honest...I know NOTHING about Cannondale except their CAAD aluminum frames are supposed to be very good.
