Yeah - I was thinking along this route. I spend a lot of time on the bike anyway (I have to - I commute almost every day due to budget constraints with gas prices). The 3 day plan will keep me from pounding my legs into the ground. I'm still gaining fitness on my 'off' days with the riding I'm doing.
Did an 8 mile run today. I felt great - much better than the 10k I did last week. I was pushing my friends baby running stroller too for 5 miles. It surprised me a little because I didn't run too much this past week because my legs were so sore from the 10k.
