the stock speedometer that came on a stock bianchi road bike sold out of a box at a shop i know that bianchi was responsible for, it didnt work out of the box, bianchi said oops too bad over the phone to the shop, the customer himself called and asked for a new one...then it showed up 7 weeks later.

not a big deal but when customers are going to whine and complain about everything it becomes stressfull and compared to other companies who would have simply sent one in the mail, they suck.
