I have to agree with this guy. A 2 year ban is well worth risking improving your performance and contract. If a flunkee domestique making 30k a year could increase their salary tenfold and become a contender they would surely do it. I think a lifetime ban changes this.

Comparing dopers to criminals is not the same thing; doping is a victimless crime with a huge reward. Europeans also dont have the morale hatred toward performance enhancing drugs that we do.
