So why do you think any one cleat would wear quicker than another considering they are all made of the same material? It is impossible to compare mileage of cleats to another person because everyone has their own riding style. Unless you learn to do a track stand, your going to have to deal with wear and tear.
The Time cleat's three stabilizers are made from a unique hardened rubber compound that does not affect click-in/out but helps tremendously with walking. This is unique to Time.
