Yes, now here is my question for you. All cleats are made of the same material, plastic. So why do you think any one cleat would wear quicker than another considering they are all made of the same material? It is impossible to compare mileage of cleats to another person because everyone has their own riding style. Unless you learn to do a track stand, your going to have to deal with wear and tear.
There are different types of plastic and of course an infinite number of configurations of it. Comparing cleats solely from the material isn't a good way to go.
