Yes, lighter is generally better in most people's opinion. But that's not why I'm asking since my current bike will never be considered light and shaving off a few grams of cabling isn't a priority.

Do Power Cordz perform better for braking/shifting, with respect to things like feel or accuracy? Or are they just for people looking to shave weight?
