Yes, these are solid seat post, easy to mount and adjust. I have the black one in 31.8, very resistant to scratching too. note that these do put you a little more forward because the clamp is directly over the post, most seatpost have a clamp set back a little. they also have a model with a setback...but the put a kink in the post.
