pinarellos were notorious for vaporizing transfers, all that I have seen were NOT clear coated over.

I would try finger nail polish remover, the old type which was acetone and water, not the new stuff with the cuticle repair!? The water cut the acetone a wee bit, so the raid the vanity for those nice cotton pillow blots that fold easily and as the transfers lift you can turn them.

Test a small area first of course, but this is an old trick starting from removing Sting-Ray transfers in the 60's. Has worked on any uncoated transfer to date.
