The first time I bought a bike from a bike shop, my Diamondback Sorrento, I brought it back every time it started to shift funny. The shop manager/owner/cheif mechanic was thankful, he'd rather adjust 50 bikes a day then completly rebuild 2 from misuse. The factory rep at the time didn't like seeing his bikes in for repair from neglect.
