It depends on how much you want to spend. I've had the UPS store pack and ship me bikes before, and the seller's had no problem dropping them off, but it was over $100 (but their liability).

You're better off with it being dropped at the nearest bike shop and letting them do it, which should run $75.

Try to find the nearest bike shop to the seller, and call them. You'd be surprised that there are still really nice folks out there, and Minnesota has it's share.

In the meantime, I'll call a collector in Minneapolis and see who he recommends. I think if you can find a BF member, you're better off all around.
