Of course it's resale value will be about nothing, so only buy it if you intend to keep it forever.
Because it's already 3 years old? or some other problem? For a 10 speed ultegra setup even with a BD frame this seems like it would be a god deal. Hard to imagine you couldn't ride this for a year and then sell it for a few hundred less.
