I'd say that's a good deal. And I don't think the resale value would be bad.

I like Fuji, I ride a 2006 Fuji Roubaix RC. Same paint, two models up I think. Mine has mostly DA with Ultegra derailers thrown in and Tektro brakes. Frame was new when I bought it, components had 1200 miles. It had better wheels though (not much better). I paid $900 and everyone said it was a great deal, just to give you a point of reference.

Edit: And there's no way it weighs 15.3 lbs. Mine has lighter wheels and mostly DA and it weighs a little under 18 without pedals.
