On the topic of seat posts, consider purchasing a zero-offset or forward-offset (Profile makes one called a "Fast-Forward" seat post) to increase your seat angle and open up your hips more. Aerobars are definitely a must. You may need to purchase a different size stem, as well, to put your body in the correct position.
