Choosing a moderately priced frame, and sizing issues (PF, Cinelli, BMC, CDale etc..)

So I am looking at a number of frames, as an upgrade from currently decent but perhaps too small frame. It's a 60cm Flyte frame and as you can see (in a totally non-OCP picture) the seatpost is stuck pretty damn far up, and it's got a few spacers on it. I am not horribly uncomfortable, except for some neck soreness, it just looks damn silly, and I wouldn't mind a new frame anyways.

I've been looking in the less than 900 or so range, and the things that have come up are the Cinelli Xperience, the Caad9, BMC SL01, Pedal Force ZX3, Storck Vision Light and Patrick's Neo Soul frame.
All of the have their issues- the Xperience I think is just flat out too small even in the XL size. It's a 58. The Caad9 I am afraid I fall in between sizes. The 60 might be too small, and the 63 too large, although that's easily solvable by test riding. The BMC looks good, except for the huge headtube one the 61, although given how many spacers I have maybe it's not so bad. Problem is the clearance SL01s have such ugly paint jobs, and I probably couldn't ride one before building it up.
The ZX3 also looks good, except for the unable to ride it part. The Storck the same problem as the Caad9-Potentially between sizes, although in this instance can't test ride them. Patrick's bike looks good, but again test riding is an issue.
Any input? Any suggestions on frames I might have missed? I could always go back to looking at Giants. Their XL fits me well. I'd also like to give Fuji a go.

Sorry about the crappy picture, it's thanks to my cell phone camera being the only working camera in the house at the moment.
