Hi Fog! Great to see another Trice owner. My front chainset was upgraded when I ordered. I'm only 5'2" with bad knees, so the shorter cranks were a godsend. They allow me to use my knees much more efficiently without the pain I learned to associate with riding my old DF. Gotta thank the guys at ICE for suggesting them.
