Hmm, that's sort of in the grey area. Definitely made in 1982 and most likely a 1982 model, but there is a possibility of it being a very early 1983 model.

Definitely a 1986 model. Weight should be about 22-23 lbs, depending on frame size. The brakes and hubs are good, but nothing special. Could you post a pic or describe the colour scheme? TIA.
