Wow, that was my first instinct, the size of the whole tire as if it were stretched from one end to the other or the diameter. Then I had to go on my thinking trip which made me think that those 2 sets of numbers were separate entities. Thank you so much 10 wheels, I just measured the wheel and it is that simple.
