Milk and Cycling

I work in a coffee shop, so it's fairly difficult to resist not only getting drinks on a regular basis but also going whole hog and getting a large one. I'm not a chocolate fiend or anything, I just find steamed whole milk to be a wonder of the world.

I drink a 20 oz latté 3-4 days/week. I'm sure there's a lot of calories in said drink being as that it's primarily milk. Should I stick to just decaf coffee or is there no problem?

Oh yeah and I eat pretty healthy as well. Mainly lean meats like chicken, pork and fish. Wheat is the only kind of bread I'll eat and complex carbs I find tasty. Veggies, fruits, water etc.

And Marmite Sandwiches
