It really sucks how few Velodromes there are in the States.

I've always wanted to play around on one. It'd be so great if there was one close to me, so I could do some laps on it once or twice a week. Would be so great. The closest one to me is in Indianapolis, which is a 2.5 hour drive.

There's only 20 of them in the entire United States (or is that only ones that are sanctioned for competition? Not sure, but still...) How sucky is that?
