Well the reason I ask if there is a bike with the appropriate geometry already is because I want to know if I would be able to build the frame with off the shelf parts. She currently rides a Pedal Force RS2 in the XS. It has a 51.5cm effective toptube (so says the geometry chart) zero setback seat post and a 100mm stem flipped up. She could probably go with a shorter stem in the 80-90mm range. Also, I think the TT could be about .5-1.5cm shorter. You guys know any existing Geometries that fit the bill? The smaller Italian steel frame geometry sounds promising.
