Using thin twine tie this to one drop out ensuring that it lies flat on the outside edge. Now take the twine forward and around the head tube and back to the opposite drop out again making sure it is flat on outside edge of drop out. Now measure between the taut twine and the seatpost on both sides. The distance will be equal if the frame is true. Hope it's good news.
