The creak in my bottom bracket is back after having regreased it ,4 weeks ago, with anti-seize. I want to apply teflon tape in that area but am unsure of the proper procedure. I have a Litespeed Catalyst with a Record Carbon bottom bracket. Do I grease all of the threads before apply the tape? Apply the tape and then grease everything? No grease at all? How many layers of tape would be best? TIA.
