I'm pretty safe in saying there haven't been too many kickstand lawsuits in court lately.And yes,the customers ALWAYS right,may not be correct,but if that what he want's,and is willing to pay,he's right.

If the shop owner can't sleep at night because he's worried about the poor kickstand crushing the frame,state that on the invoice,have the customer read and sign it,done deal,now he can sleep.
