A Schwinn dropped into the earn-a-bike shop as a donation.
Looks like a Panasonic Made schwinn.
I can tell it's a Schwinn by the front name plate, but the painted/decal name on the frame is mostly weathered off. There was an embossed number on the name plate (0749? I neglected to jot this down).
Color is a pale grey/green-blue. The Shifters are mounted on unit on top of the down-tube. Triple up front. Nice light frame, 4130 (if my memory serves me). 27" wheels. Skinny tires. Serial Number is: SB406739

I can't seem to find any Schwinn D'base that has any number arrangement like this. I did not have my digi-cam in the shop this weekend.

Can any one shed any light on these brief details?
