I am looking for the correct name of the threaded plastic adjuster on a pair of wein. brakes from ~1980 that sits on top of the hood. From searching they seem to be called "stacks", is there any place where these can be found aside from ebay and buying the total package. Even then they are scarce. I just am having trouble turning up search results w/out knowing the correct name. Im thinking of picking up some similar to the attached photo and swapping the drilled levers. Rather not buy the whole package if someone could shed some light on the whereabouts of said pieces.
