I believe the year is 2002. It is definately a 2001 or 2002. Size is 17"

As you can see the bike has a rear fender mounted. I also have the front fender it is just not mounted. It has slick street tires on it. It needs some work. The inner chainring is bent and needs to be replaced. The shifting is all out of whack and needs to be adjusted and probably some parts replaced.
