You bring your frame to a shop which deals with S & S Couplers.
They strategically chop your frame in half, remove some tubing length, and braze on the couplers.
They replace your current cables with QR cables, to aid in disassembly of your bike for travel.
Now you have a full size bike that fits in an oversized suitcase.
