+1 Keep an eye on it. Sometimes I find the local thrift shops around here to have insane pricing. Up, down, real low, real high. And then the crazy thing is that sometimes people pick up the overpriced stuff, assuming that it must be a deal (hey, its a thrift store find)!!
I just sold four of my most recent thrift store flips, so I need to recharge.
