So I have been trying to figure a small kit for my seat bag with just the essentials yet still keeps me somewhat prepared:

1 tube (considering omitting, thoughts?)
CO2 inflation system (only one cartridge)
Patch cement and "scrubber", 2 patches, wrapped in a rubber bad
Crank Bros Multi 17 (going to go smaller here soon)
cell phone
$20 bill
2 keys, house and car, attached to above tool

Considering adding:
A dozen Ibuprofen tabs
1 gel for emergency calories

Please offer any tips on mine (remember, for my needs) and share yours (whatever your riding needs).
Your gear seems solid. I wouldnt omit a tube, thats a bad idea. I have a very small bag under my seat, I hate "dumpsters" too. This is also why those big pockets on your jersey were created.

Here's my breakdown: in the bag- 1 tube, 2 levers, 2 co2 (carry 2, one may fail or one might get messed up), the co2 emitter, a very small multi tool. In my jersey, I carry a little pouch that's water proof, that has my phone, my key fob for the car, a copy of my ID, $20, a few pills (this varies). I also put a goo and a bar in another pocket along with weather items if necessary. This does it for me. Someone else mentioned a 1 dollar bill too, good move. I've used clif bar wrappers for the same thing too.
