Bikes: two wheeled ones

The Crank Brothers tool he mentioned has a spoke wrench on it, so no need for a seperate one. I would definitely not omit the tube. I would consider glueless patches though. I use glueless for roadside repairs and the real kind once I get home.

Frame Pump on frame

in kit-
Crank Brothers M-17
Glueless patches
sandpaper
$20 bill
keys
tube
tire levers
Presta-Schrader adapter should I need to use a gas station compressor

Cell phone and other stuff go in jersey pockets.

One tube is enough. If flat a second tube, then try to patch whichever one is in the best shape. If that doesn't work, call a ride, it's just not your day.
