Campy Gran Sport Crank?

Any help ID'ing these cranks would be appreciated. By the looks of it they look like Gran Sport body with Nuovo Record Rings (looking at Velobase). Anyone concur? What date would you put to these?

Also, looks like GS pedals with Alfredo Binda straps.
